CONFESSOR Announce Rare Hometown Gig
August 20, 2004Reunited North Carolina-based progressive metallers CONFESSOR will be performing live in Raleigh, NC at Martin Street Music Hall on October 16 for the "Confessor 2004 Demo Release Show." "As CONFESSOR only plays out live a few times a year, we hope you can make it out to this absolutely awesome club," the band's vocalist, Scott Jeffreys, writes in a press release. CONFESSOR, who are currently being represented by CORROSION OF CONFORMITY's former management company, split up in the early '90s after releasing one full-length album (1991's "Condemned") and EP (1992's "Confessor"),with the with the rhythm section going on to form FLY MACHINE. CONFESSOR reformed in 2002 following the death of guitarist Ivan Colon, who passed away due to cardiac complications.
